Today, July 19 (Friday), we conducted a safety check aerial survey near the beach in front of roadside rest area Bios Ogata.
An organism that seems to be a shark has been confirmed.

 As a result, swimming is prohibited at Ukitsu Beach, and the opening of the Irino Beach (including events) scheduled for Sunday, July 21 will be postponed.

In the future, we will continue to monitor the sea area and patrol alerts, but please keep away from the seaside until safety is confirmed.

The schedule for the resumption of Ukitsu Beach and opening of the Irino Beach is undecided, but we will inform you as soon as safety is confirmed.
