In the Sakori district of Saga, Kuroshio-cho, the festival is held every year from late April to early May in 2001 by local volunteers in Kawado Shiga, hoping for the growth of children. The appearance of [katsuo and carp streamer] swimming gently on the Iyoki River is a masterpiece.
