In the Saga, Kuroshio-cho area, there is a dialect called "It's tough". It has the meaning of "care for more than necessary" and "care for more than necessary", and since the thought that disaster prevention requires a "careful" connection, disaster prevention in which residents help each other is described as "careful disaster prevention". Volunteer groups in the Hamamachi area of Saga, Kuroshio-cho have launched the "Disaster Prevention Karmashi no Kai". This program introduces the activities of this volunteer group in the district and exchanges opinions with members who are actually engaged in various disaster prevention activities every day, so that they can be useful for their own disaster prevention efforts. At the same time, we will also visit the Saga District Tsunami Evacuation Tower, which boasts the highest height in Japan.
