In the Saga, Kuroshio-cho area, there is a dialect called "It's tough". It has the meaning of "care for more than necessary" and "care for more than necessary", and since the thought that disaster prevention requires a "careful" connection, disaster prevention in which residents help each other is described as "careful disaster prevention". Volunteer groups in the Hamamachi area of Saga, Kuroshio-cho have launched the "Disaster Prevention Karmashi no Kai".
