Judge one whole bottle and bake it with straw

Under the warm guidance of a former fisherman, we judge a whole bonito and make activity (including meals) with tataki made at once with straw.
Cut it quickly, shake the local sun salt from Kuroshio-cho, and hit it with your hands. You can also eat with sauce and change the taste.
The proud tataki that can only be tasted here is exquisite!
By eating just one bonito, we convey the importance of food.
