Community Activity Center Ainosato Minagawa (Minagawa), which is operated by local residents in the village forest, is full of experience programs to enjoy the village. One of them is the soba making activity using soba grown and harvested in the Minagawa area. The wolf of the district gently instructs the exquisite amount of locally produced buckwheat flour from the flour together while gently instructing.
If you use the soba cut knife and cut it, it will be a raw soba that you can see well! After that, everyone will have it boiled and warm soba.
